This very word says Lets do our tasks ever (Nithya) with devotion/dedication (dhyana). Joy is Ours (Anandam) for ever. Swami's discourses and such teachings have helped me grow up as an individual in my inner space and lead a meaningful life co-existing with the fellow human beings in this present 'Survival of the Fittest' world.
